“Both the brown and the blonde in the extensions was warm. So warm. I toned the blonde and am going to use purple shampoo in them, but I don’t know what to do with the brown. Probably will have to actual color it. The holder hanger for the extensions was broken. I hope they end up working because they are expensive. The quality of the hair is good, but the colors are not described correctly.”
“I received the Bellami balayage and the colors were pretty. They didn’t not work for my hair at all because I have more blonde at the top. I am not giving a bad review based on the color not matching. That happens. The reason I’m giving Bellami 2stars is the customer service. My friend and I both ordered and exchanged our colors that didn’t match. Bellami sent her an exchange form that included postage and rushed her delivery. In my case, I had to pay for it myself and it took weeks to get my new hair even after I paid to rush it to them. I mentioned this to the customer service girl I had and was rude and acted like I was lying. When I corrected her on what I was trying to tell her, she never replied. Treating two customers so differently makes no sense. The dirty blonde was shiney and looked fake. My hair dressser ended up ordering the Bellami pro because I decided maybe the fake look was due to them being clip ins. The order said it would be here Monday. I had an appointment for Wednesday. She ended up having to change my appointment because the hair didn’t come until Wednesday evening. For a such big company this is all not okay. I’ll update if I ever get my pro hair in. So far I’ve just wasted a lot of money.”
“I thought the packaging was amazing, but if I had more time I probably would have exchanged these. I sent a picture in thru email and they color match them for me. The over all color was great except the ends were extremely bleached out which was something I have never seen before. I had no other choice but to use them, and since they were were for my 17 year old daughter she did not mind it. If they were for me I would not been able to use them. Also, I was supposed to have received a free "Ponytail" and I did not get one.”
