“SAVE YOUR MONEY, do NOT purchase Bellami extensions!! I have ordered 2 sets, both of which I wrote in informing them of my heartbreaking disappointment. I saved up to order these, and the customer service and extremely poor quality leave me feeling ripped off. The Guy Tang 160 g Bayalage I most recently ordered to wear and look nice throughout the holidays, half of the hair had broken off within the first week. I took numerous photos and sent them in, begging them to make this right with me. I was then asked to send more photos, so I complied. It was easy to see in these crystal clear pictures that the hair on EVERY weft was broken drastically. I babied them, there was no excuse for this. But, Bellami said my only option was to send them back (the week of Christmas).. To which then an inspector would take another 4-6 days to validate if my claims were true. And this did not guarantee they would replace them, or even offer a discount of some sort on a new set. I have spent around $500 on (2) sets of extensions that I cannot wear, and that I got very little use out of. Because of their poor customer service and not offering to make this right with me, I will never recommend this company to anyone I know or on any message board. I expected so much more from you Bellami.”
