“I was so upset this purchase this was the second time I get a set of bellamis. I got an email saying my package had been delivered, when I called home to ask if it was there a relative told me no package had been delivered. I went to the usps website to check who had signed for it and did not recognize the name. I then emailed your company asking for help since I did not know the person who signed. In response I got " sorry your package was not delivered as expected in lease check with your neighbors hope you are able to locate it. As you can imagine I was do furious that I could t even bare send an email put. Obviously that was no help at all. If I could give you guys zero starts I would. I had never experienced this with any other company. I'm writing this review with the hope that someone that matters/would do something about this. I'm thinking if it happened to menus sure it's happened to many more.”
“Bellami didn't tell me why my order didn't go through and wouldn't help me to get the hair I wanted. I really would've loved to get the hair despite it's high price. I was very disappointed and I guess I can never buy from you.”
