“I love the quality of the hair I received. However, I ordered the #8/#60, yet I received the #2/#6. I have called the customer support line countless times, and the call always gets dropped after the prompt to press 1 to speak with a Bellami representative. I want to receive the 8/60, but it is impossible to get in touch with anyone. I love Bellami Hair, and I do not wish to switch brands, however this circumstance is disappointing me.”
“My extensions were nothing like my first pair these have no hair at the bottoms I paid so much I can't wear them they are thin not thick like my bellamis. Waste of $280 :(.”
“I looked for a few weeks at all of the different photos on instagram, that would mention using this specific color and line of extensions. I received them, and it just doesn't really go well with my hair right now. I thought it appeared to blend so well in such diverse shades of hair, but unfortunately my ombre isn't as blonde at the bottoms. It was much longer than 19 inches as well, I took them to my stylist to trim, or else I think I would have looked like a mermaid. I am a little disappointed because others wearing them look so good. I wear extensions all the time, but these just didn't work out. I received them from my husband for my birthday (I ordered them and then gave him the receipt :) ) and I hate to not wear them around him.”
