“Awful. Shipping took over a month phone numbers on their website are not valid, can't get ahold of ANYONE asking why it took over 3 weeks for a set of extensions to get PROCESSED AND SHIPPED OUT.”
“This was my 2nd time ordering these particular extensions . The first time they were perfect. This time, the colors were off. The blonde was so blonde it looked like there was no pigment at all. Sorry- quality was off. Not sure if it being back ordered for quite some time had anything to so with it:/”
“I ordered 8/60 after waiting 10 weeks for these ...back order... They arrived and I was in tears . Just baffled by the color . These look nothing like the pictures and videos . I can't believe they would ship these out like this. I have been trying to get someone to answer the phone and tell my why it is there are so horribly colored . Worst customer service ever !!!!!! I'm just going to take to you tube with this so everyone can see them”
“The hair I have purchased before was more silky and it felt more real... The one I got now is hard and it feel stiff... Not my fav. Plus I had to die them after because they were more white looking than blond. Not the best ones for me that I have purchased from here”
