“I loved my extensions when I first got them but the quality of hair is not what I expected. I take care of them exactly as instructed and use heat protector and only have washed them four times since purchasing them. The ends are splitting, and the hair is cheap. Not what I expected and kind of disappointing.”
“I have been a long time customer of this extension company and have purchased varying sets throughout the years. Recently I ordered the balayage extensions, two sets in respective brunette tones, and they are not only poor quality (see through thin, scraggly, dry, dull, and will not hold a curl at all), but the color job is poor as the hair is absolutely fried, riddled with split ends from mid shaft to hair ends. I am not sure what happened as this company usually delivers, but these are the worst extensions I have ever seen in all respects.
I have only been wearing one of the two sets I purchased, not too hopeful for the second set, but I have had them less than a month and they look ancient! Mind you I baby them with heat protectant, use high end ceramic curling iron, brush gently and store properly and honestly, I have extensions two years old in better condition.”
“These are my first set of hair extensions so I was a little wary but excited to receive them.
Because they're real hair, they feel like my own.
Once I watched a few tutorials on how to fit them.. I love them, they're light that I don't feel like I have them in at all. I love swishing my hair and flopping it over my shoulders.
It's definitely cemented in my decision to grow my hair past my shoulders - it never makes it that far, I always end up cutting it to a pixie.
