“COLOR VERY INACCURATE AND SLOW EXCHANGES/RETURNS!!
I was very excited to try Bellami hair extensions as I was looking for a blonde balayage/ombre 22" set to match my blonde highlighted hair. I am experienced with extensions, so I painstakingly reviewed all of the photos and descriptions, watched the video on the website and even scoped out instagram and facebook to ensure I chose the right color -- nothing is worse than ordering extensions for a special event only to find that they are unwearable due to mismatched coloring.
As per the 3 photos provided above the extensions look very "dirty blonde" until about chest length (on the model) where there blend into a platinum color. Furthermore, this dirty blonde look is wholly reflected in the bundled set in the 3rd photo. I considered the ash blonde balayage set, but the photos made the top part look much too dark for my hair.
HOWEVER, when the extensions arrived I was shocked at how DARK AND AUBURN/CHESTNUT the majority of the hair was. It looked full on RED next to my neutral toned hair. Furthermore, the blonde started much farther down than appears in the 2nd photo where it begins 1/3 of the way down...in reality only the last third of the hair is blonde at all.
I very very rarely complain or write reviews but I had ordered these for a special event and it will be weeks before I receive a new set. Furthermore, I have purchased other extensions (Luxy and Locks and Bonds) and found them to be very true to color. Overall very disappointed.”
