“The extensions delivered look absolutely nothing like what is pictured online. They make it look like a few inches of brown but mostly this gorgeous, dimensional ashy blonde online. What came was basically dark brown extensions with monochromatic blonde tips. There was barely any blonde at all. Also no refunds on shipping when this is clearly not my fault PLUS I have to pay to ship them back myself? I’m out almost $50 to return a falsely advertised product. I used to love Bellami but I’m out.”
