“I've been buying extensions from this company for years and the quality just keeps getting worse and worse each time and it's saddening. These were my first ever extensions around 3 years ago and I fell in love with how silky they were and how they never shed and never tangled and looked so natural. I've been buying more every 6 months since and with this last set I purchased they were beautiful at first but after 2 weeks were dry and matted and looked like a rat's nest on top of my head after being out of the house for an hour. Now a month after purchasing them they are completely unwearable because of how terrible they look and how easily they tangle even if I bring a brush to detangle them every half hour. A complete waste of money unfortunately. Also shipping used to be free and now with the change I'm getting charged $100 extra in duty fees and they've been located outside of Canada for quite some time and this has never been a problem in the past. Terrible experience all around, really disappointing. :( I guess I'll have to start looking for a new company.”
