“The hair on the extensions is good; however one of the small clips I received is broken and won’t snap into place; therefore it won’t stay on my head. I called to find a solution to this issue and was on hold for over 20 minutes and Couldn’t talk to anyone about it. I sent an email to discuss the issue and received an email back asking for me to upload a video showing what my issue was. At that point, I didn’t follow up on the complaint. I decided it was easier to take it as a loss.”
“I got these extensions and was so excited about them - the description says it is a chocolate brown to dirty blonde BUT the color is NOT at all a chocolate brown color. It is definitely a light chestnut-red color. The color blends OK with the highlights in my hair, but I am very disappointed in the pictures on the Bellami site which show the hair to be much darker at the top #4 color than it actually is. I actually have to braid up the bottom part of my hair to try an blend it better. The site represents the actual color of the hair well and is very misleading.
The guy tang hair is an investment (especially at $300+) and I thought it would be a high quality purchase...after curling the hair about twice, a chemical smell has appeared AND several strands have changed color to black. I do NOT use a hot hot iron and have not had this kind of reaction with the other sets of extensions I have purchased in the past. This was my first purchase of Bellami hair, and I am very disappointed.”
“I was super skeptical about buying these seeing as many bad reviews as I did AFTER the fact that I had already purchased them (imagine my panic) lol I didn’t open them for 3 days from receiving them because I really thought I was going to be disappointed....
BEST EXTENSIONS I HAVE EVER WORN OR OWNED. They are super thick and blend amazingly, I do wish they didn’t have a blunt straight line for the Balayage but you can barely tell. Definitely worth every penny!”
