“the sealer where it said do not open was clear white i didn't realize that i wasn't supposed to open them they didn't match my hair they should pack them differently with a red warning ⚠️ sign saying not open but the sealer is so small and I was just exited to get them now I am not going use them the process of getting them customize to my color more money and time so just upset”
“the color matched really good but the quality is not 100. when i put heat on it some strands of hair arent humman hair because they melted on my curling iron mind you it was in a medium heat setting. all in all i dont think i will be spending 335 dollars on such low quality hair... looking for better quality”
