“I did not receive this product . When I intended to order your site said limited quality available not sold out . Than seeing my order hadn’t shipped I emailed your customer service team who than told me it was back order . Would take two -3 weeks to ship . Good customer service I would have been provided this upon check out . Your team than through the blame on me and did not offer anything else . With this happening I have choosen to never order from you again and if you look at my past orders you will see I have ordered serveral times”
“This was an awful experience. Financially I was charged customs when I ordered from the Canadian site. Then I was charged for shipping and delivery included in my purchase. Then I was charged from Fed ex upon my door step after reviving my package.
Then I was send a paper bill in the mail from fed ex!!!! I’m in Canada and in total my Extentions cost me over $500.00!!!!!!! I could charge for fraud!”
