“I’ve been purchasing extensions since I was 16 years old. This is my second set of Bellami’s so I was perfectly okay with spending extra money to get the “top notch” extensions. These are the worst extensions I have ever purchased in my life. I take very good care of my hair and I’ve never had extensions that completely rat up it is so embarrassing especially when I’m at work. Another issue is the clips. One is already coming out of the weft so I don’t even use it anymore (4 pc weft) so I used the other 4 pc that came in the pack. Now one of the clips on there doesnt even clip on to my real hair. Did i also add that they sent me a replacement set and its doing the exact same thing? Absolutely disappointed, I’d rather go back to my $86 extensions....”
“I thought the whole package was going to be thick wefts only one big thick one was thick...also it wasn’t the best quality hair for me since I buy hair extensions from here for 5 years ...I’ve had better packages ....but it’s still works just expected a bit more ...”

“Was very soft and silky Yes, but my box was missing items, did not have the brush it states it has and did not have the volumizing powder either, I spent the extra money on the Boo-Gatti because i thought it would be the thickest ones. But was very disappointed when I noticed the gaps in the extentions and how thin they are. I spent a lot of money on them and was very disappointed. I don't know if maybe I got a defective box or not but I was disappointed.”
