“I've ordered from bellami numerous times... i love the products, however this time I was a little disappointed. I'm not sure if the product has been changed, but the boogati set wasn't quite as full as the last time I ordered it, and it tangled very quickly. I've been doing hair for a very long time so I know how to properly handle extensions, weaves, synthetic hair, etc. but I am sad to say I'm not as happy as last oreder.”

“I liked the hair but i had multiple issues with my order. First and foremost I will continue to buy Bellami because they have always been great but IDK what happened with the Boo-gati order.
Issues:
1. The hanger did not even fit in the holder they were completely wrong sizes. The hanger was to big and almost ripped the carrying bag.
2. No Detangler.
3. Even with the clips, I weighed the hair and it was under.
4. Products don't match. Do not expect to receive everything gold everything is different colors. They should specify that in their descriptions.”
