“Unfortunately these extensions are NOT it. The “jet black” is so black it looks like cheap synthetic pack hair - the overwhelming “shine” coating doesn’t help. Opened them up, started curling them immediately the hair was melting to the iron leaving a thick black residue. This hair TANGLES. The first night worn I kept combing and combing them cause there kept bunching up. Sheds a ton - was ending up in friends drinks and food, embarrassing to say the least. Paddle brush provided was full of hair by the end of the day (only have had these for 5 days now) They do not hold a curl at all, have extreme shedding, look synthetic, and cannot be real human hair. Overall terrible. Customer service was great and understanding - just want to make others aware that the product advertised is not what’s given. I’m thinking they give the good hair to the influencers like unfortunately a lot of brands do. Really wanted to love these.”
“I washed it after 2 days put shampoo and conditioner and it is dry can't brush without falling sad loved it but after washing it it was bad and you guys dyed it black looks bad !”
“Very pretty hair but the first time I curled the extensions some of the hairs melted on the curling iron.. obviously some strands are not real hair. And the volume weft is pretty but way too heavy to wear for any longer period of time, even as an avid extensions wearer it gets to be too much after 6-8 hours. Since I bought them for my wedding and had made this purchase last minute due to change of plans I needed to use them, otherwise I would have probably sent them back.”

“I don’t wear my extensions on a daily basis only for special occasions and they’re basically brand new and the clips on my extension’s were already falling out I had to resew them back on!!! And the case that holds my extensions is ripping!! For what I paid none of this should be happening especially so soon!!! And the clip to the wrap pony completely fell out the first time I tried using it. It was my first time purchasing from your website and I’m very disappointed.”
