I keep giving them chance after chance and this is the worst order I have ever received. I’ve only had them for 30 days and they are so dry so dead, keep in mind. I’ve been buying these for 10 years so I know how to keep them healthy and shiny and looking amazing I use Extension shampoo. I also use hair, masks, heat, protectant, etc. I would like a full refund or for them to replace my hair with real human hair. Because what I received is very TikTok shop/Amazon quality.”
“It was true to color, however at times I'm forced to brush it out and I just don't like that every 10mins or so I'm fixing my hair again. I dont think it was worth the price. But the color I love!
The hair is nice and appropriate for my level of hair thickness, and its makes a great transformation form my hair which is only 14inches long. One think I dont really like are once I install the hair it's more of a cut than layers, I wish it appeared more natural than cut. Overall this hair is okay and I'm still not sure if I will make any future purchases, i guess I'll have to wait and see how the hair does with proper care over time.”
