Initially, I was disappointed when I saw the hair as the pictures on the website and the highlights are NOTHING alike to the hair received. The photos show much more highlighted hair. Also, the hanger does not work, its broken. So I am unable to store them in the bag. UGH. Any advice?”
“My hair sheds, and is super tangled, and matted. No matter what I do to it it does not work. Loved them at first. Heard so many great things about them but I have an awful experience and would like to enjoy them. Can I get a new set?”
