“I loved the extensions when I first received them, they we so soft and exactly what I was looking for color and all, but after a few uses they became really ratty. I've tried washing them and putting in mild product like your BELLAMI Untangle Mi but they still feel really dry and rough. They intertwine with my hair and in most cases I am either breaking them or my hair to get them out. I feel like the product wasn't worth the money because they are such a trouble, but I love the length and the variety I got.”
