The extensions were defective and falling apart and all they could do is give me advice for the next time I purchased extensions through them. Which will never happen again. These are expensive for nothing they completely fell apart within the first week. EXTREME SHEDDING and super frizzy. I've had them only a week and they are a complete mess and this company will not reimburse me for their defective product so I will make sure to make YouTube videos and share this review on all of my social media and have all of my friends share it too! “I LOVE these extensions. The website and the videos were so helpful . The color was a perfect match I would highly recommend these. The Kylie Invisweft is perfect if you are looking to use the extensions for hairstyles rather than only down and barrel curled. The invisiweft lays flat on the hair and is practically undetectable.”
“I had really high hopes for these extensions. Yet, one weft came broken (one clip was completely broken, it would not open nor close). The extensions itself and the clips are much lighter than the 'old' clips but I still prefer the old ones, I feel like these new ones are more flexible, unfortunately with the new design the rubberband tends to get stuck onto my hair and rips them out.
Overall: If you send me a product in less than perfect condition there will be a 1 star rating and I am not even sorry about it.”
