“I wish there was 0 stars. I get my package, paid for 2 day shipping which was 50$. Less than 24 hours of using them the clips start to hang and one actually fell off...I message the company letting them know and to send them back for an inspection, I told the lady I dyed the tips (which doesn't touch the top/clips, so it wouldn't affect the quality) I paid 10$ in shipping to ship it back, week later they email saying I won't be able to get my money back/ a new set when my set was a piece of crap. I've bought things from the company before the 24in 260grams and was also not worth my time or money. I'm now stuck with $304 (including shipping twice) extensions that I can't use because the clips are falling off, super unnatural. Very disappointed and won't ever order from here again or recommend them. The customer service wasn't that great either.”

As soon as I took it out the box and put it on it tangled up and tangles up easily ever since...Im constantly having to comb out this dry brittle hair. Smh I'm very dissatisfied and since I know I won't get my money back I will never buy from here again.
