“I was so excited when I purchased these however when I saw them I could tell they wouldn't be thick enough for my hair. Brought them to my hairdresser and she said there was no way it was enough hair (this was judging just by what it looked like in the packaging since you can't open it and still get a refund). So unfortunately had to send them back but the color was beautiful and the return process was quick and easy! Got my money back faster than expected just had to pay shipping.”
“I have jet black hair and ordered the darkest black possible(#1B) in teal and it was not black, not even close to "off" black, it was a medium to dark brown. i love everything about them, but i would not recommend if you have black hair...”
