“When going to purchase my extensions I was not notified at all on line or at all during my order that my items were going to be backordered. About a week after ordering, I ended up calling customer service to see if there had been a problem and that's when I was told that my items were backordered until April 3, 2015. After a few more weeks went by I then received an email saying that my items won't be shipping and are backordered until April 23, 2015. I am very upset about how unorganized this process has been. From not being notified that either pair of extensions I purchased were on backorder and then being told two different delivery dates. I am working on color matching my hair to my extensions before an event and not having them makes that a bit hard. I have still yet to receive my extensions and according to the April 23rd shipping date, it will end up being two months since I ordered them once I finally get them. Just disappointing.”
