I ordered bellami hair and was sent the wrong order and had to go through the hassle of the whole return deal which was exhausting in its self and to be told later on in the week that now the hair I ordered was on back order an no saying when they'd be in stock with my order again. But I got emailed by a lovely Meredith. And she was apologetic for the whole drama an ended up finding the hair that I'd ordered and also gave me a hanger and carrier for the whole ordeal. And she was really great keeping in touch an if I'd received my right order. Otherwise I'd rate a no star. People like Meredith make the world a better place.”
