“The hair quality is great. However, the hair is described as “ASH†the brown on the top of the ombre is NOT ashy at all, it is indeed very warm. I have worked in a hair salon for several years, and also had two stylists look them. Without telling them what color they were labeled as- I asked their opinion on whether the extensions were warm or ashy. They both commented they were indeed very warm and they actually match a friends strawberry colored hair. I can go ahead and wear them myself because my hair is long enough to cover most of the warm brown color, but when labeling on the website you might want to list it as WARM ombre instead of ASHY. only the blonde is ashy, not the brown. Just a suggestion. I wouldn’t have ordered this color if I would have known it was so warm.”
“I was really REALLY disappointed with this hair. It got so thin towards the bottom that I couldn't even wear it and almost cut it off but realized that defeated the purpose of paying for extensions!
Where the clips are and just below is quite thick but as it gets to the bottom it gets so straggly and thin. Since I bought these for length and not thickness it is sad. I was so excited and had heard such great things about you guys, but now I'm stuck with $250 extensions I can't even wear. I've been meaning to post about it.”
