“I have been meaning to get in touch with customer service regarding my recent purchase... This is the second time that I have ordered the Bellami tape in extensions. I was very satisfied with my first order. I had them professionally installed, and they stayed in perfectly. However, this second order has not been the same. I again had them professionally installed, however, I had six pieces fall out within the first week. It was as if the adhesive had not stuck to my hair whatsoever. I had these initial six reinstalled... Since then two others have come out. I don't know why there would be such a difference? Both situations were the same, but the results were very different.”
“I wish I was posting a more positive review. Sadly, my recent purchase of 2 packages of the tape in extensions the review willl not be favourable. Let me preface, I am a loyal Bellami customer, having previously purchased 3 Sets of clip in extensions, and always very happy with those purchases. However my tape in extensions, lasted only 2 washes (10 days) before they matted and became straw like. I would say these were not remy hair due to the condition they were in in less than 2 weeks. I was very disappointed because I love Bellami clip ins. Perhaps I just got a "bad batch" or you use a different distributor for tapes v clips but the hair is not very good quality. I will still get my clip ins there but never again waste money on tapes again, sorry Bellami!!”
