“I ordered these extensions in January and payed for the 5-7 business day shipping, it took 4 months! I did not receive my extensions in time for the events I had planned to wear them. The advertising on the website is completely false. The colors in the pictures do not match what is shown when comparing them, and when I received my extensions they were not even the same color as I ordered. I have been extremely disappointed because I love extensions and never had trouble until I received these. I was not given an answer when I called in February (a month after I ordered) to find out when I would be receive them.I was suppose to receive the new extensions they were working on, but it does not seem it. The extensions have knotted easily and caused me problem, I had to get my hair professionally done to match the extensions because I was sent the wrong color. I also ordered extension tape and received hair tattoos instead. So far, my order has been completely messed up. I am disappointed because I have raved to everyone about how excited I was to get them, and then they never came. If I would have been informed I would have payed a little bit more and ordered the clip in extensions so I would have them in time, and hopefully would have been sent then color I payed for. I like the length it gave my hair, but I do regret how much I payed to not receive the ones I ordered, had to wait months, they always tangle, and the mis-advertising.”
