“I bought the 6 in 1 curler for my daughter for Christmas, 3 of the 6 barrels would not connect into the base. I called to inform Bellami about the problem and was asked to make a video of the non working product and email it to their inspection team. I was then asked to ship the product back so they could inspect it. They refused to pay for the cost of shipping the curler back, saying that this is a final sale and there are no returns. I explained that I did not want to return the product; I just wanted a working product in exchange for the non working one that I was sent. After paying $18 to have the product shipped back, I was informed that they would not give me a new curler set that they would replace 2 of the non working barrels. Not really sure why the 3rd one was not replaced. It is now Feb. 5th and I still do not have my 6 in 1 curler. I am beyond frustrated.”
