“I love my Bellami. I love how the curls come out. The only two things I have to say is when I first got mine and I used it it kept saying error on the wand?! Don't know what that's about, and also my biggest barrel sort of came apart. It's still useable. Still debating weather to send it in. It's my favorite barrel. :-(”
“It does not seem to get hot enough? I own flat irons and other wands, and so I do know the difference in temperature settings. Usually, I turn down the heat settings when using different hair tools. For the Bellami hair wands, the highest setting doesn't seem to be that hot?! I have thin hair so I never have to turn up the heat much. I am able to get great results with other hair appliances on lower heat settings. With Bellami, the highest setting is not hot enough for my hair. Some of the Bellami barrels seem like they are made of a different material than the other barrels? These ('different ') barrels, especially, do not hold curls my hair. I bought this product on a sale through the company and it says it's not refundable nor is it returnable. I wonder if that is because the quality has been compromised and I've been shipped an alternate version of the product? I'm not sure of the answer here. In either case, I'm not pleased with the product at all. I gave it one star because the biggest sized wand is what wanted and needed most and it, especially, did not hold the curls in my hair at all. I'm so disappointed, as I have heard good things about this company.”
