“While the 6-in1 curling wand worked, it worked it was great. After the third week I had it the base broke. The customer service team required me to send a video of the wand not working before proceeding. To which I had to call them to make sure they received the video. Who knows how long it would have taken them to get back to me. Then I was told they would send me a replacement. What I didn’t know was that they would send the base by regular flat rate mail (7 days). The least they could have done was send it overnight because it’s their fault the base was defective. Basically I’ve wasted my money and my time. So I still haven’t received the replacement by mail... so we’ll have to see what happens next.”
“These are really expensive so I thought they would be really good. I feel like theyre just some ordinary wands like Walmarts. Dont get me wrong I have a remington wand that I got at Walmart and I love it but I thought these would be way better due to the price. So im not super excited about these and I dont think I would purchase from here anymore.”
