“Today makes just three weeks since my daughter first used it. She only curls her hair a few days a week and today it stopped working. Made a horrible noise while she was using it and now the power light won't even come on. I tried to warn her of this product but sometimes we have to learn the hard way. I would contact the company but since we used a coupon to purchase and they have all those stipulations about using the coupon I figured why bother even trying. Never again.”
“I have waited and saved for almost two years to buy the lilly hair extensions and when I was finally able to buy them I was soooo excited! They came in the mail and I opened the bottom package to check the color like your suppose to before opening the entire package. The color (dirty blonde) looked great so I opened the rest of the packaging completely sure I wasn't sending them back and the hair was HORRIBLE!!! I'm not even lying it didn't match the actual piece that was in the bottom compartment and it looked completely fake like it was plucked off of a Barbie dolls head. Absolutely ridiculous! I am so ticked off about this almost three hundred dollar purchase! The customer service team has been a joke working with as well, sorry Bellami but the "luxurious" lilly hair that is suppose to be the best hair ever was very upsetting and I feel like I was scammed... Maybe the other styles aren't as bad, but all I know is the lilly hair is aweful! Save your money! So angry to be treated this way! If there was a zero star option I would choose it.”
“I love this curling wand! It is so easy to use and works amazing!! My hair before would not hold a curl for more than a few hours but with this they last well over 24!!!
The reason I am only giving four stars is because the first time as well as almost overtime I use the 32mm barrel and take it off the end (Piece with prongs) comes out and completely exposes the wiring, I can usually push it back in but it is tricky to get lined up properly. I hope that this product holds up and I don't have to try something else!”
