“I purchased it as a Christmas present for my daughter. After 1 use, it quit working. I contacted Bellami whose policy is that if you use the promo code promoted by them on their site, you're not eligible for a refund. So unless you pay $300+ for the 6-in-1 and ignore the Bellami promo code which lets you buy it for $160, they don't stand behind their product. That being said, after numerous emails in which Bellami kept telling us to reset the curler, they agreed to let me pay to send it back to the, for it to be "inspected". They're not saying they will replace it or refund my money, just that they will "inspect" it. My daughter was so excited to get it and the 1 time it did work, it worked well. We had heard good things about Bellami and the product so to say we were disappointed in both the company and the product would be an understatement. I'm still hopeful that Bellami will make this right and if they do, I will amend this review but until then I would just say, Buyer beware, read the fine print and hold your breath that your expensive 6-in-1 works for longer than 1 day”
“I had ordered a complete 6 in 1 iron beginning of December... They said on the site that it would be shipped the next day... Two weeks go by and no package or info regarding my purchase.. I email them and they send back saying they haven't confirmed my shipping address.. If that was the case couldn't they send me info about that the day after I ordered? Secondly when I finally get my iron,(the day after Christmas) it worked for two days and something internally had broke.. So now I'm stuck waiting. Sent it back again for an "inspection" and waiting to see what they say.. My opinion, not worth 20 bucks let alone 160.. It is cheaply made, I believe my Walmart iron is better than this piece of you know what.. Garbage company, garbage product... Good advertising though.. Thought I was going to get something decent...”
