“One of the main reasons for purchasing this product was the fact that it heats up so fast and is highly recommended for long lasting curls. After using the wands they do not work as well as stated. I called to return the item and was told sorry no returns on this product. Are you serious!? A $154 dollar item ($299 not on sale) that can not be turned if it doesn't work for you.
