“I received my 6 in 1 set one week ago. The wand would not shut off using the power button yesterday so I had to unplug it. This morning, the wand would not turn on. The off screen only flashes "OFF".”
“i was very please with customer service. my wand adapter was not turning on and i was easily able to send videos and pictures to prove it, and receive a new one within days.
i also find it really easy to have replace able wands because they dont take up so much space”
