“I was so excited to try this product as there were so many great reviews. I don't know if I may have received a defective set but not all of the wands will work once installed onto the base. After I have installed and locked in the wand will not heat up and just flashes. I have tried everything. I have only been able to use one of the smaller wands but this is not what I paid for. I know I would love this product because the wand heats up so fast and keeps my curls for days. I would love this so much if I could utilize all provided wands.”
