“I ordered the US/Canada 6 in 1 for A Christmas gift, I received the European set. I called to exchange it. I had to take pics and send them of the box & of the end of the cord before they would send me a return label. Which was pointless. I was told soon as I showed proof that I had mailed out the curling iron they would mail out my new one. It didn't happen I sent them confirmation the very minute I mailed it and I waited and waited and waited. I preceded to call them and ask where the correct curling iron set was 7 days later. The lady then said, you didn't send me confirmation! I said, I did gave her exact day and time. She said she would put it in the mail today. It was 4 days later before I received it, when they were offering 2 day shipping on the website. They didn't care they messed up and was in no hurry to make things right! Bad business! They didn't care about my business or my purchase of a Christmas gift to my daughter!
One mistake can be over looked but 2 they don't care!”
