“I purchased the 6 in 1 curling wand and used it 2 times before the base stopped working properly. The wand temp would not raise beyond 340. What Bellami does to protect themselves against having to replace their malfunctioning units is they always offer these units on their website at a "discounted rate" but when you purchase the unit under the discount the warranty isn't upheld. Instead of doing the ethical thing and replacing the unit I purchased which is still under warranty, they told me I need to purchase a new base. I will never purchase another item from this company and I will let all my family and friends know about my experience. Very disappointed in Bellami.”
