“I never write reviews but I'm so fed up with Bellami.. so I gave this 2 stars because of the fact that it heats up quickly and the curls last in my hair and my clients hair very well! I've had issues with the biggest barrel shorting out and producing an error message every time I picked up, or moved the cord. VERY FRUSTRATING! I called and they said I would have to buy a new barrel, they would not replace it. okay, ill just use the next biggest, I'm not paying 50$ after i paid 200$. So i switched, and now this barrel is STUCK on the piece that holds all the wires in pace, I can't switch the wands or i break the whole tool and rip all the wires out. If you buy the 6 in 1 on sale, you cannot exchange or get a refund. THIS WAS A GIFT! i had no say in whether they got it on sale or at regular price. Its also not my fault this tool is made cheaply, Ive been doing hair forever and this was a complete rip off. Oh and customer service sucks. do not buy this.”
