“My base broke once about 2 months after having it. The cord was perfectly fine, Nothing was broken. We emailed them and had to pay another 50$ just for the base. We finally got that in and now it never reaches the heat you set it at. The light goes to green with the right temp and 2 minutes later it's back to blue and heating up again. Better off going with the Nume wands.”
