“I received this wand as my 17th birthday present. We live in rural Kentucky and my father works in the coal mines, we have it very hard and although we did use the coupon code, it is still a very big for my mom and dad to spend 140 dollars on a curling iron, but they knew that I had been wanting it, so they dropped their money on it. We had to skip bills just to pay for it. The wand makes great curls, but since I've had it it's been tore up at least 5 times, I've not even had it two months. My dad has constantly has to work on it just for me to be able to use it, I am definitely disappointed and I would not purchase this again.”
“Lock mechanism was broken upon arrival but I couldn't return or exchange it because I did the 55% off code. When I can get it locked (which is rare) the curls don't hold even with hairspray. I'm very disappointed.”
“My wand base displayed an error message. When I contacted customer service, their solution didn't work and they said to send it back for inspection. I was suppose to get a postage in my email but have waited and checked my spam and trash folder and still nothing. I emailed again today asking for the postage to be able to get the ball rolling. So far the customer service has been great I just wish I didnt have to wait this long for a postage. I really want to be able to use my set already and cant :(”
