“You would think that because the company speaks high of the quality of hair, their product price and customer service it would get a 5-stair will guess what BELLAMI'S EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE "COMPLETELY SUCCCCKS" again "COMPLETELY SUCKS It has been 25 days that I asked them to do a color match and to this day all they say is the pictures you send were not able to open the pictures please send a different way, I have continuously sent them different picture files and they continue to say the same I sent them to my email address and I am able to view them and open them just fine. Then I sent them a Celebrity Picture to let them know this is my color of hair and to this day they have not responded and it has been 7 days of that. They have no will to help - so why buy when there are other companies with quality hair. Which I will have to do my research on unless someone can comment on a good quality human hair company.”
