“I bought this curling wand a month ago, I have used it a few times and now the heat up button stopped working. I cannot increase the the temperature from when I plug it in. I stays at 370 degrees F. I can make the temperature go down, but then I cannot make it go up again. It doesn't heat up enough to curl my hair now. I have tried everything and also Google what to do. Total waste of $150 on a curling wand. I have never spent that much on a curling iron or wand, and it really sucks it broke after using it a few times!!”
