“I absolutely love the product but I used the biggest curler 3 times and then the attachment broke inside of the base and got stuck so I can’t use that one anymore”
“First off let me start off by saying my girlfriend loves her curling iron- she has been through so many that never has fell in love with one like this. Unfortunately, the wire went bad in it but I was able to just fix it for her to get by. I asked customer service if they could send me a new cord for the curling iron and I was going to fix it. These guys went above and beyond and decided to send a whole NEW one to us! I was not expecting that at all and blown away!! We were both amazed! This company really does have a great product and customer service! Keep it up!”
“I bought this product in February 2019 and have a absolutely LOVED it since and use it quite literally almost every day. I’ve had no problems up until today. I store it in the box every day after use, so no damage has been done, however as soon as I turn it on and set the temperature, it’s caps at 33 degrees and flashes a red screen saying error back and forth with the blue 33 degree screen. I checked the cords, removed and reattached the head thinking maybe it wasn’t fully locked in and I now cannot use it at all, and because it was purchased on discount code I can’t replace it. Very disappointed.”
