“I would love to discuss how great the curler is but I have yet to receive a working product. I received a curler very quickly after ordering, but it was not in working condition. Unfortunately, Bellami does not send out a new curler to replace the nonworking curler, they have you ship the broken curler back to them, with you paying for shipping, and they inspect it to make sure it's actually broken...I am able to plug in a curler and turn it on. After it was inspected, they did in fact agree it was broken. I am still waiting for a replacement because they were out of stock of they curler base...which confuses me because they could just send me a whole new box instead of waiting for a separate wand. I've heard great things and I'm excited to use it...but it's been about a month and I still don't have a new curler.”
