“The styling tools are ok I'm just upset about my pony tail that I received as a free gift I guess I should complain but the quality is horrible so much shedding before I even took it out the package... Idk I guess I was really let down because I wanted to eventually purchase extensions in the future but if the pony tail is that bad I wouldn't recommend it to anyone such a rip off
