“Never again. This company is bad bad bad! Bought a clip in pony. Did not understand that it could not be dyed until after I submitted my order. If I had known before hand i wouldn't have ordered the thing. The only thing this company would do is give me in store credit! For what I was going to send back and get my money. I never opened the package the pony came in or anything. I sent them an email never got back to me for 2 days. Terrible ! So I kept it cut it up and that was that. Lesson learned. Bought a set of extensions from another company. I'm happy now! Don't buy from Bellami! Too bad I couldn't give them a minus 5 stars was forced to give the 1!”
