“There were no instructions on how to curl the hair so I couldn't use it for prom. Later I call and they tell me I was supposed to wash it first. $60 waisted and they did not refund me.”
“Honestly I wasn't overly impressed with the pony tail clip. The clip makes it easy to put on, but the hair net option was impossible to put on myself. Also the hair became frizzy and knotted very easily. And it wasn't the softest.
I am going to try the pony wrap next - maybe I'll have better luck.

“I love the idea of the clip in Pinot ail but I have a few issues with the execution. The clip is way too big and makes the ponytail look very fake. Also, The top of the ponytails creates a whole which looks so obviously fake and you can't cover it with a scrunchy because the clip is too big. Wish it was made better.. but the hair is very soft.”
“length was good. the clip is very obvious that its fake. go with the wrap. the color was way off too. i ordered my extensions set and the ponytail in chocolate brown which is my color and i thought the ponytail would be the same as the extensions, but it was way tooo light. gets tangled quick. if i didn't get it for free i would feel much worse.”
