“We did a lot of research, video watching and review reading before we purchased from Bellami. First our order was not all shipped and it took over 2 weeks to get it shipped out and another 10 days to receive. I honestly believe they ran out of the carriers and hangers and just let me have to keep checking. The pony tail was not even close to the color of hair I ordered. In fact, after 3 attempts with Bellami they admitted they had trouble with the batch and they were running 2 shades lighter than ordered. They were working on it and the new ponytails they said look closer. However, they do not allow returns on ponytails even if unopened. She offered to make an exception for me but I would have to pay for return shipping with no promise it would be made right. My suggestion is it's not black then avoid the ponytails”
“Terrible! The ponytail looks extremely fake as the hair is so shiny. It also sheds like crazy. Definitely not worth your money. I also didn't get a sample hair Color with it so can't even return.”

“As always, my latest purchase from Bellami was as wonderful as the others. I ordered a new set of extensions for my daughter who has gone back to her original hair color and so her old extensions no longer matched. They are gorgeous, blend perfectly and are great quality.
I did get a pony tail extension as a free gift and that was dsappointing as the color was much lighter than my other extensions called by the same name. But since it was a free gift I don't mind too much.”
“I got the Magnifica in Beach Blonde. It was not as platinum colored as shown in photo. They came more yellow, looks more like the ash blonde. I had to tone them with purple shampoo. But they match well enough now, other people say they are the same color as my hair, but I still think there's a slight difference, Bellami was having a promotion where you get a free clip ponytail. I got that also in beach blonde, and the color is so stark white I cannot wear it- looks nothing like the color of the extensions even through they are supposed to be the same color. But whatevs, it was free anyway. Hair, as always, is excellent quality. I am never disappointed with Bellami extensions, I have bought about 6 sets to date.”

“Do not like the clip in ponytail extension at all. It is very hard to put in and when it is on you can the extention clip and extention easily falls off.”
