“I was very unhappy with the ponytail. It was way to light for my hair. It didn’t even match the color of the clip on extensions that I bought. I can’t even use it. I really wish that you guys would send me a darker ponytail. Also being that I just bought a second pair of clip on extensions.”
“I love my extensions! The only thing I had a problem with is the color. I ordered chestnut brown, it looked like Strawberry blonde. But other than that they were great! Make sure you know how to properly put them in. It gave me the worst head aches when wearing them because hairs all over my head were being ripped or pulled out.”
“First of all, this product is even below the one star rating that I clicked. I really like other hair products at Bellami, but this one is a total fail to me. I was very excited to receive this item in the mail, but when I first opened the package, I noticed the string attached was already almost ripped in half without me even trying it at all. Besides that, the hair colour looks too shinny and the entire hair piece was really heavy to wear. I tried multiple times and it just does NOT look flattering at all. At the same time, I immediately contacted their customer service and requested a refund or at least a store credit for this defected product. The response was very quick and they only offered to resend me a new one as the "policy says it's final sale on the website". I understand the policy, but the company's commitment is "customer satisfaction"! To me as a customer, I just spent $66 USD (product plus shipping) to purchase something that I would never wear or RATHER have! So the solution provided by customer service, to my point, is very much of an invalid solution. This is no satisfaction period and I would rather I never purchased this product to begin with. What a waste of time and disappointment!”
