“I've been wanting a faux pony for the longest and assumed that this would be a good choice due to all the rave on social media about it from many know beauty gurus. The ponytail arrived over a week after I placed the order, I was so excited to try different looks with it. The ponytail is the exact length and color as I ordered "28' inch dark brown." However the quality of it's super plastic, it literally tangled as soon as I got it out of the package, it was such a disappointing. I'm not sure if the beauty gurus are paid to say that the ponytails are good quality or if they get a different material than what it's being sold but this is definitely not what I was expecting based on the research I made. I was going to return to get my money back but according tot he return policy there are no refunds or exchanges on the ponytails.”
