“The pony tail extensions should have more than one small clip to hold up the hair since it is very heavy. I needed to use several bobby pins to keep it in place. The Velcro part where the hair is suppose to wrap around and stay put catches on all the other hair around it and also catches on your real hair and pulls it. The colour and quality is a perfect match however those two things were difficult to deal with. Overall it's very beautiful.”
“I didn’t receive it yet, my order shipped since 17 April , today 17 May and nothing! I choose to be shipped by Fedex but by mistake from your side it shipped by normal mail. I am not happy with that.”
